Curtis has had a rough three weeks, having been uninspired by the last three random ingredients. The good news is Justin was VERY happy with this weeks pick, broccoli. So, it's hard to get excited about broccoli, but when you can make a killer sourdough loaf your possibilities are endless! Justin makes a broccoli casserole that lived inside a sourdough loaf while Curtis makes a broccoli salad, the perfect compliment to an summer meal! See the pictures below then listen to episode to see how it all panned out!

This weeks episode of the Kinds of Cooking podcast is sure to be a crowd pleaser. With pasta on the menu Curtis and Justin tackle the ingredient for two completely different angles. Curtis goes Italian make cheese ravioli, but as we've come to expect from Curtis, he puts a twist on in and fries some of the pasta for an awesome tailgate dish! Justin goes with the item teased on last weeks episode and makes Ramen from scratch, including a homemade kimchi. Both meals look amazing, to learn more check out the episode!

On this weeks installment of Kinds of Cooking, Curtis and Justin get to cook whatever they want, and surprisingly they both initially choose Ramen as their meal! But the planets quickly aligned and through out the week our chef's made different choices and are truly pleased with the results the produce. Not to be without excitement, Curtis burns his eye with jalapeno juice and Justin has to bleep out bad words he says to keep the non-explicit content label on iTunes!
