Episode 005, Sausage

In this exciting episode, Curtis and Justin really get their podcast legs and have a good time with the food discussion. Sausage turns out to be a great ingredient for both hosts. Also, will the air fryer discussion ever cease? This topic is slowly becoming a Kinds of Cooking legend!

Curtis shocks the listening audience by pulling out all the stops and making Scotch Eggs!

Recipe is simple:
- soft boil eggs
- cover in sausage of your choice
- wrap in bacon
​- cook on smoker at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes


Justin went with a family recipe this week, Spaghetti with hot Italian Sausage. If you want the recipe send him a message, you can't go wrong with this one!



Episode 004, Chicken Breast

Episode 004, chicken breast, is hitting the air waves. This week Curtis and Justin make less than conventional recipes for the ingredient. Episode 002, Ground Beef

This week on Kinds of Cooking, Curtis and Justin embark on the well traveled ingredient ground beef. But you might be surprised by what they each come up with! Also, a call back from last episode, could Justin's dream of better sourdough be in the future?

Episode 001, Brusel Sprouts

This is the first episode of Kinds of Cooking, hosted by Justin Richards and Curtis Miller. This podcast will explore cooking through the eyes and minds of the hosts, two amateur cooks who really enjoy cooking. Our first episode features the random selected ingredient: Brussel Sprouts! Enjoy!
