Episode 005, Sausage

In this exciting episode, Curtis and Justin really get their podcast legs and have a good time with the food discussion. Sausage turns out to be a great ingredient for both hosts. Also, will the air fryer discussion ever cease? This topic is slowly becoming a Kinds of Cooking legend!

Curtis shocks the listening audience by pulling out all the stops and making Scotch Eggs!

Recipe is simple:
- soft boil eggs
- cover in sausage of your choice
- wrap in bacon
​- cook on smoker at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes


Justin went with a family recipe this week, Spaghetti with hot Italian Sausage. If you want the recipe send him a message, you can't go wrong with this one!
