Episode 013, Jalapeños

It's a new week and an new ingredient, but we're back to the same old hosting team you've come to know and love! Curtis retakes his seat at the podcasting table, ready to exchange culinary blows and expand people's palates. The ingredient this week is jalapeños, and both Justin and and Curtis tackle it with enthusiasm. Curtis throws his money behind pub food while Justin gets creative with the spicy little pepper! Pub food? More like grub food! Curtis makes the perfect bison burger with jalapeño cream cheese, topped with fried jalapeños and complimented with jalapeño garlic fries! OH MY!

Episode 012, Bell Peppers

This is an exciting week for the Kinds of Cooking podcast, Curtis has abandoned Justin, leaving him to fend for himself ... But not really! This week Justin's friend Jim steps in for Curtis while he attends his sisters college graduation. The ingredient this week is bell pepper, Justin goes with a fairly traditional dish and makes chicken fajitas and Jim goes outside of the box making a bell pepper cheese steak. How did it turn out? Well there's only one GOOD way to find out!

Episode 011, Chicken Thighs

It's that time again, Justin and Curtis tackle another weeks ingredient with great results. Chicken thighs take the stage while Justin and Curtis cannot help dropping puns left and right. Justin went to the BBQ this week making bacon wrapped chicken thighs stuff with spinach, dried cranberries and feta cheese. The recipe are those ingredient and then smoked (or baked) at 245 degrees for 3 hours.
