This is an exciting week for the Kinds of Cooking podcast, Curtis has abandoned Justin, leaving him to fend for himself ... But not really! This week Justin's friend Jim steps in for Curtis while he attends his sisters college graduation. The ingredient this week is bell pepper, Justin goes with a fairly traditional dish and makes chicken fajitas and Jim goes outside of the box making a bell pepper cheese steak. How did it turn out? Justin went to the BBQ this week making bacon wrapped chicken thighs stuff with spinach, dried cranberries and feta cheese. The recipe are those ingredient and then smoked (or baked) at 245 degrees for 3 hours.
