Episode 013, Jalapeños

It's a new week and an new ingredient, but we're back to the same old hosting team you've come to know and love! Curtis retakes his seat at the podcasting table, ready to exchange culinary blows and expand people's palates. The ingredient this week is jalapeños, and both Justin and and Curtis tackle it with enthusiasm. Curtis throws his money behind pub food while Justin gets creative with the spicy little pepper! Episode 012, Bell Peppers

This is an exciting week for the Kinds of Cooking podcast, Curtis has abandoned Justin, leaving him to fend for himself ... But not really! This week Justin's friend Jim steps in for Curtis while he attends his sisters college graduation. The ingredient this week is bell pepper, Justin goes with a fairly traditional dish and makes chicken fajitas and Jim goes outside of the box making a bell pepper cheese steak. How did it turn out? Episode 010, Broccoli

Curtis has had a rough three weeks, having been uninspired by the last three random ingredients. The good news is Justin was VERY happy with this weeks pick, broccoli. So, it's hard to get excited about broccoli, but when you can make a killer sourdough loaf your possibilities are endless! Justin makes a broccoli casserole that lived inside a sourdough loaf while Curtis makes a broccoli salad, the perfect compliment to an summer meal!
